About the Role
A supportive school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their specialist provision for secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This vital role focuses on providing compassionate behaviour support and fostering emotional regulation within a nurturing environment. You will play a crucial part in guiding young people towards successful reintegration into their learning journey. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent opportunities, with an attractive daily rate of £95 - £120, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive and empathetic behaviour management strategies for pupils.
* Support students in developing effective emotional regulation techniques.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils into their academic studies.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Monitor individual pupil progress and contribute to their ongoing development plans.
* Deliver targeted support within a specialist provision for secondary age groups.

* Demonstrate experience working effectively with secondary school pupils.
