About the Role
A innovative school is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to inspire and support early years children. This challenging role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to foundational learning and development within a vibrant educational setting. We are looking for individuals available for a variety of contracts, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term and permanent positions, with an immediate start available. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 reflecting your valuable contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging play-based learning activities that stimulate curiosity and cognitive growth.
* Provide exceptional care and supervision, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
* Support individual children's learning journeys, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs and developmental stages.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a dynamic and supportive nursery environment.
* Observe and document children's progress, contributing to accurate assessments and future planning.
* Promote positive behaviour and social interactions, guiding children in developing crucial life skills.
