About the Role
An inclusive school in North London is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join their primary phase team, starting as soon as possible. This rewarding opportunity involves fostering therapeutic relationships and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. We are open to discussing various contract options, including long-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating primary curriculum lessons tailored to SEMH pupils.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour in a supportive environment.
* Cultivate strong, positive therapeutic relationships with students to support their well-being and learning.
* Assess pupil progress comprehensively and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate proactively with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
* Contribute positively to the overall ethos and development of the school community.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for SEN education.
* Demonstrate successful experience working effectively with primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
* Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills, coupled with a calm and consistent approach.
* Show a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for every child.
* Be resilient, empathetic, and highly adaptable to individual pupil requirements and diverse situations.
* Hold a comprehensive understanding of varied learning styles and differentiated instructional practices.
