About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Maths and inspiring pupils of all abilities.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
• Be a Newly Qualified Teacher (ECT), experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
• Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
