Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of engaging phonics and numeracy activities.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and the classroom environment.
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance individual learning progress.
• Observe and record children's development, contributing to assessment records.
• Support children with personal care and hygiene needs as required.

About You
• Possess relevant experience supporting young children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
• Show initiative and adaptability within a dynamic classroom environment.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
