About the Role
At a progressive school, we are seeking adaptable and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our vibrant educational community in the Beaconsfield area. This dynamic opportunity involves providing crucial cover across a range of mainstream primary settings, supporting pupil learning and engagement effectively. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term placements, daily supply, short-term assignments, and even permanent roles, with an attractive daily rate of £145 - £160, commencing as soon as possible. This role is perfect for educators eager to experience diverse school environments and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, following pre-set plans or adapting as necessary.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful learning space.
* Collaborate seamlessly with school staff, understanding and upholding the school's ethos and procedures.
* Provide clear and concise handover notes for class teachers, ensuring continuity of pupil progress.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying pupil needs, maintaining high professional standards.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within primary education.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school settings and with different age groups.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in primary-aged pupils.
* Possess strong classroom management skills, capable of creating a calm and focused educational atmosphere.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, adhering to school policies diligently.
* Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff swiftly.
