Key Responsibilities

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils, addressing their specific learning and behavioural needs.
* Help prepare classroom materials and resources, ensuring a stimulating learning environment.
* Supervise pupils during independent work, playtime, and other school activities.
* Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
* Liaise with teaching staff and parents to communicate student progress and any concerns.

* Possess a genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's learning journeys.
* Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach when interacting with young people.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
* Be adaptable and resourceful, capable of responding proactively to classroom demands.

* Ideally, have prior experience working within a primary school setting.
