About the Role
Join a thriving school dedicated to providing an enriching environment for every pupil, where a remarkable opportunity has arisen for a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant. This long-term, permanent position, starting as soon as possible, involves working within our specialist provision to empower primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will be instrumental in fostering their development, assisting with personal care, delivering sensory stimulation, and implementing tailored therapy programmes to support their unique educational journeys. We are seeking someone passionate about making a significant difference to the lives of our incredible young learners, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120 on offer.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist pupils with personal care needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
* Deliver engaging sensory stimulation activities designed to promote interaction and development.
* Accurately implement individualised therapy programmes as directed by specialists.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to review pupil progress and adapt support strategies.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Demonstrable experience in an SEN environment, ideally within a primary phase or specialist provision.
* You are patient, compassionate, and approach every interaction with understanding and respect.
