A respected school in West London is seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join their specialist provision. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide crucial support to primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties. The role offers a long-term, permanent contract with an immediate start, allowing you to make a significant and lasting difference in young lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care requirements, always maintaining dignity and respect.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to promote developmental milestones.
* Implement individualised therapy programmes as directed by specialist practitioners.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to foster pupil progress effectively.
* Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for every child.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for making a positive impact on young people's educational journey.
* Display exceptional patience, empathy, and a truly nurturing approach.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills to work effectively with pupils, staff, and parents alike.
* Be proactive, resilient, and adaptable within a dynamic primary educational setting.
* Hold relevant qualifications or specialised training in SEN support is highly desirable.
