Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 curriculum objectives.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Maintain a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to enhance the home-school partnership.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote a culture of respect and resilience among pupils.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil achievement.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a diverse group of learners.
• Thrive on overcoming educational challenges and adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
