Key Responsibilities

• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive and safe learning space.
• Collaborate professionally with school staff, upholding the values and policies of each individual setting.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress and classroom activities to relevant personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents in line with school guidelines.
About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
• You have demonstrable experience teaching across various primary key stages.
• You are highly adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in new and dynamic school environments.
• Your classroom management skills are exceptional, promoting respect and focused learning.
• You exhibit a proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupil development.
• You hold a current enhanced DBS check or are willing to apply for one.
