Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire pupils across the primary curriculum.

• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive team atmosphere.
• Engage proactively with the school's professional development programme to continuously enhance your teaching expertise.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and well-being.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are an Early Career Teacher seeking your first or next challenge.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Are adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
