Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere for all students.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities with clarity and enthusiasm to various pupil groups.
• Actively support pupils with their learning tasks, providing guidance and answering questions where appropriate.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision throughout the school day.
• Liaise effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress, attendance, and any notable incidents.
• Maintain accurate records, including class registers and any necessary behavioural observations.

About You
• Demonstrated experience in supervising groups of young people, ideally within an educational context.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
• Exhibit strong behaviour management techniques and a proactive approach to classroom dynamics.
• Be highly organised, adaptable, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Hold a genuine passion for supporting pupil development and fostering a positive learning experience.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanour, acting as a consistent role model for students.
