About the Role
A supportive school in the Hertfordshire area is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their vibrant secondary provision. This rewarding opportunity involves delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs within nurturing small group settings. We are considering candidates for a variety of contract types, including long-term placements, daily supply, short-term cover, and permanent positions, with an attractive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons, expertly tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Implement personalised learning plans, adapting curriculum content and resources effectively.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and wider professional teams to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress diligently, providing thoughtful feedback to support their development.
* Promote the social, emotional, and academic growth of pupils within small group settings.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of SEN pedagogy.
* Demonstrate proven experience working effectively with secondary-aged pupils with complex learning needs.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of every child.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Be highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive in addressing diverse educational challenges.
* Committed to continuous professional development and contributing
