Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a strong home-school partnership.

• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism or extensive experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of EYFS curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development.
