Key Responsibilities
• Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects to secondary pupils.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and foster a respectful learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your supervision.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings, policies, and student needs.
• Liaise constructively with school staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Uphold the high standards and ethos of each school you support.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Possess a strong ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience in diverse educational settings.
• Show a genuine enthusiasm for supporting student learning and development.
• Be flexible and reliable, available for daily, short-term, and long-term assignments.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
