We are seeking a versatile and passionate PPA Teacher to join a dynamic school, offering dedicated support across various primary year groups. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging and high-quality education to pupils from Early Years Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2, covering essential planning, preparation, and assessment time for colleagues. We are open to discussing a range of contract options, from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent engagements, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective PPA cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 classrooms.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum objectives.
* Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse needs and abilities of different age groups.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other school staff.
* Uphold the school's high standards for pupil behaviour and academic progress.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You demonstrate recent experience teaching across various primary phases, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* You exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* You are highly adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
* You have a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
* You communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
