Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies during challenging moments.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Mentor pupils to develop positive social and emotional skills.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to support individual pupil progress.
* Assist in the development and delivery of engaging, personalised learning activities.
