Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly.
* Mentor pupils, guiding them in developing coping mechanisms and resilience.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, differentiated learning activities.
* Contribute to creating a safe, structured, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
