Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum and innovative teaching resources.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages scientific inquiry.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and pupil behaviour in accordance with school policies.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Chemistry and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
• Have excellent classroom management skills and a positive, proactive approach to pupil engagement.
• Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a supportive departmental culture.
