Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention sessions for identified pupils across primary phases.
• Conduct accurate assessments to pinpoint specific learning gaps and inform planning.
• Monitor and meticulously track pupil progress, adjusting support strategies as required.
• Foster strong relationships with class teachers to ensure integrated learning and consistent support.
• Develop engaging and differentiated learning resources tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback on pupil attainment and strategies to relevant stakeholders.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess proven experience delivering successful primary interventions across multiple year groups.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of primary curriculum requirements for EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Show a genuine passion for unlocking every child's potential and overcoming learning barriers.
• Be adaptable and proactive in meeting diverse educational needs and contributing to a positive school culture.
