Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all pupils feel valued.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.
• Uphold the school's values and policies, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Main Pay Scale (MPS) teachers, and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teachers.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and proactive in meeting the diverse needs of learners.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
