About the Role
A dynamic school is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher for immediate starts, offering daily supply and short-term contracts. This role provides a unique opportunity to support primary-aged pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs across various provisions within the South West London area. You will be instrumental in maintaining continuity of learning and fostering an inclusive environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet a wide range of individual learning needs.
* Implement effective and positive behaviour management techniques.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Provide reliable and high-quality cover for planned and unplanned absences.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess proven experience working with primary pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and flexibility across different school environments.
* Exhibit strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Show a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching.
