About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher seeking exciting opportunities within a dynamic school community? We are currently partnering with numerous mainstream primary schools across Buckinghamshire and the wider South East, seeking talented ECTs for a variety of roles. These diverse positions encompass Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, offering you the chance to gain invaluable experience across the primary phase. We have an array of flexible contract types available, ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term placements and permanent positions, all starting as soon as you are ready.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to foster development.
* Collaborate positively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold school values.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader life of the school.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as an Early Career Teacher in Primary Education.
* Possess a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their growth.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Committed to continuous professional development and personal reflection.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in diverse school settings.
* Committed to upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil well-being.
