About the Role
Join an innovative school situated within the Northamptonshire region as a dedicated Cover Supervisor, playing a crucial role in maintaining high standards of learning and engagement. This is a dynamic opportunity to facilitate continuity across diverse secondary subjects when teaching staff are absent. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options spanning daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate between £145 and £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities to students across various subjects.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the classroom.
* Implement the school's behaviour policies consistently and fairly.
* Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the lesson.
* Report on student progress and any significant incidents to the relevant staff members.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.

About You
* You possess prior experience working with young people in an educational setting.
* You demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and a calm demeanour.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a dynamic school environment.
* You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* You are committed to promoting a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* You hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or are willing to apply for one.
