About the Role
Join a thriving school in South West London dedicated to providing exceptional education within a specialist primary SEN provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to offer vital support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties. The role is a long-term, permanent position, with an immediate start available, offering a daily rate between £95 and £120. You will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care needs, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual pupil requirements.
* Implement bespoke therapy programmes as directed by specialists and the class teacher.
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and highly supportive classroom environment.
* Document pupil progress and observations, reporting effectively to the teaching team.

About You
* You possess genuine passion for supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Previous experience within a PMLD or specialist SEN setting is highly desirable.
* An empathetic and patient approach is central to your interaction style.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Resilience and adaptability are key strengths you bring to a dynamic environment.
