Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and appropriately adapted lessons across various curriculum areas.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with diverse SEN.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies effectively.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently and with understanding.
* Collaborate positively with support staff and colleagues to ensure pupil well-being.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress where required.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied classroom environments.
* Hold a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils with SEN.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
* Be able to commit to daily supply and short-term assignments with professionalism.
