You will have the flexibility to undertake daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, or even explore permanent opportunities, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons to secondary school pupils.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
* Implement school behaviour policies consistently and fairly.
* Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all pupils under your supervision.
* Foster an inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and respected.
* Provide concise feedback on pupil engagement and lesson completion where required.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* You have a proven ability to motivate and inspire pupils of varying abilities.
* Excellent classroom management skills are a hallmark of your professional practice.
* You are highly adaptable and comfortable working across different subjects and school settings.
* Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary.
