This immediate opportunity offers a flexible range of contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster a safe, secure, and stimulating educational environment for all children.
* Assist lead practitioners in the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
* Support children with their personal care routines and general well-being.
* Observe and accurately record children's development and achievements.
* Work collaboratively with the nursery team to uphold high standards of care and education.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers under guidance.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with young children, ideally within a nursery setting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for diverse interactions.
* Showcase a patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks.
* Be a proactive and reliable team player, keen to contribute positively.
* Hold relevant qualifications in early years, or demonstrate a commitment to professional development in this area.
