About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to join a inclusive school in the West Midlands. This permanent position, commencing in September 2026, involves delivering engaging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary phase. You will contribute to a vibrant department committed to fostering a love of languages among all pupils. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring French and Spanish lessons to pupils of varying abilities.
* Plan and prepare engaging schemes of work that meet curriculum requirements.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment effectively.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment within the MFL classroom.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental initiatives.
* Participate in extracurricular activities that promote language learning and cultural appreciation.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish.
* Be able to inspire and motivate secondary school pupils to achieve their full potential.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and best practice.
* Have strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
* Be an ECT, MPS, or UPS level teacher seeking a rewarding permanent role.
