A respected school in the vibrant Luton area is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join their thriving primary team. Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective in-class support to pupils across various primary age groups.
* Assist the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging learning activities.
* Facilitate small group interventions and one-to-one support for pupils, including those with SEN.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, organised, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster pupils' independence and confidence.

About You
* Possess a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for working with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Possess a proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support and challenges.
* Hold a commitment to promoting an inclusive educational environment for all pupils.
