About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a inclusive school in Kettering, within the vibrant East Midlands region. We are seeking an inspiring educator to foster a love for learning in young minds, shaping engaging lessons that challenge and support pupils across Key Stage 2. This role offers the flexibility of long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement, providing a chance to make a significant impact on pupil development and contribute positively to our school community, starting as soon as you are available.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive Key Stage 2 lessons that inspire curiosity and academic growth.
* Plan, prepare, and assess a broad and balanced curriculum, tailored to meet individual pupil needs.
* Maintain a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance the overall educational experience.
* Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, participating in extracurricular activities and events.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within Key Stage 2.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), hold Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) status.
* You are passionate about creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for all children.
* You have excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
* You demonstrate strong communication abilities, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
