Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences across the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Continuously assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support holistic child development.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and communicate effectively regarding their milestones.
• Actively contribute to wider school initiatives and the positive school culture.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
• Possesses proven experience teaching within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Passionate about creating inspiring and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities.
• Exhibits excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
