About the Role
A supportive school is actively seeking a dedicated ASD Support Assistant to join their team in West London. This vital role involves providing comprehensive support to secondary students on the autism spectrum within a specialist ASD setting. You will be instrumental in facilitating effective social communication, expertly managing sensory needs, and ensuring students can fully access the curriculum. Opportunities are available for long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate between £90 and £115, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary students on the autism spectrum.
* Implement strategies to facilitate social communication and interaction.
* Proactively manage and respond to students' sensory needs.
* Assist students in accessing and engaging with the secondary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
