About the Role
An inclusive school in the vibrant West Midlands region is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teacher to join its specialist secondary provision immediately. This challenging yet immensely rewarding role focuses on re-engaging disaffected learners, expertly managing complex behaviours, and delivering a modified curriculum tailored to individual needs. We are looking for an individual passionate about making a tangible difference, offering various contract options including long-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an engaging, differentiated curriculum specifically for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.
* Foster strong, supportive relationships with learners to promote their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.
* Assess student progress rigorously, adapting teaching methods to address evolving needs and celebrate achievements.
* Contribute proactively to the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of SEMH teaching
