About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking school in Northamptonshire, starting as soon as possible. This rewarding role involves providing essential support within the primary phase, with opportunities available for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent contract for the right individual. You will play a crucial part in the early development of young learners, earning a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Collaborate effectively with the class teacher to enhance learning experiences.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with the planning and preparation of engaging educational activities.
* Support the individual needs of pupils, promoting their social and academic development.
* Help monitor and record children's progress, contributing to assessments.

About You
* You possess proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* You hold relevant qualifications for a Teaching Assistant role or equivalent experience.
* You are committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare.
