A highly regarded school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist primary team immediately. This rewarding opportunity involves providing dedicated support to young learners with diverse and complex special educational needs. Operating within an inclusive primary environment, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development of children requiring additional assistance. Your responsibilities will encompass working both individually and in small group settings, facilitating access to the curriculum for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). The focus will be on supporting children facing challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. We are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual ready to make a significant impact on pupil progress and wellbeing.
