About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join a respected school, offering flexible cover across primary phases in the vibrant Gerrards Cross area. This role provides the chance to make a significant impact on pupil learning and development across different classrooms, ensuring continuity and high standards of education are maintained during periods of staff absence. You will embrace the variety that supply teaching offers, stepping into diverse environments and quickly building rapport with pupils and staff to facilitate engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum to diverse classes.
• Adapt quickly to new school environments and established routines.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
• Ensure effective classroom management in line with school policies.
• Mark work where appropriate and provide constructive feedback to pupils.
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues within each school setting.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
• Have a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Be highly organised, reliable, and able to respond to last-minute requirements.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
