We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a progressive primary school in South West London, providing invaluable support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex learning needs. This dynamic role involves working 1:1 and in small groups with children experiencing conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, offering flexible contract options including long-term, short-term, permanent or daily supply, with an immediate start and a competitive daily rate of £90-£115. You will play a crucial part in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans and EHCP targets.
* Support pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation.
* Encourage pupil engagement and participation in classroom activities.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and observations.

* You possess proven experience supporting children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
