Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons across the secondary phase.
• Cultivate an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation.
• Assess student progress diligently, providing timely and constructive feedback for improvement.
• Monitor individual student achievement, implementing tailored support strategies where necessary.
• Contribute enthusiastically to the MFL department's curriculum development and wider school initiatives.
• Uphold the school's positive ethos, ensuring a respectful and focused learning experience for all.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Modern Foreign Languages.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching French and Spanish to secondary school students.
• Show a proven ability to inspire and motivate learners across a range of abilities and ages.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
• Hold high expectations for student achievement and behaviour, creating a positive learning atmosphere.
