We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join an exceptional school located in the vibrant Cambridge area, focusing on primary-aged pupils. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons tailored to primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Implement individualised learning plans and educational health care plans effectively to support pupil progress.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively and positively, ensuring a safe and productive learning space for all.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to provide comprehensive assistance to pupils.
* Provide accurate and timely feedback on pupil achievement and development to relevant colleagues.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to make a difference.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with primary-aged pupils who have special educational needs.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting the diverse learning journeys of children.
