Key Responsibilities
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils requiring additional assistance in class.
• Assist in the implementation of individual education plans and specific learning strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and understood.
• Support pupils with their social interactions, emotional regulation, and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher and other professionals to monitor pupil progress and adapt approaches.
• Help prepare and maintain engaging learning resources tailored to individual pupil needs and abilities.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
• Demonstrate prior experience working effectively with primary-aged pupils with various SEN.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
