About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants for a well-established school located in Buckinghamshire. This primary school is looking for individuals keen to make a genuine difference within a supportive educational environment. The role encompasses general classroom support alongside providing crucial assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs, fostering their development and engagement. Flexible contract options are available, ranging from daily supply and short-term cover to long-term and even permanent opportunities. Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110, with an immediate start available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom management.
* Provide focused one-to-one or small group support, including pupils with diverse learning needs.
* Prepare and organise learning materials and maintain an orderly classroom environment.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster a nurturing atmosphere for all children.
* Support pupils during various school activities, including break times and lunch.
* Contribute to monitoring pupil progress and communicate observations effectively.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's educational and personal development.
* Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those requiring additional support, is highly valued.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* The ability to adapt to different classroom needs and work collaboratively within a team is essential.
* You are proactive, patient, and committed to making a tangible positive impact every day.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare would be a significant advantage.
