A thriving school is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join our primary team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to undertake daily supply and short-term assignments within specialist primary SEN provisions, starting ASAP. You will have the flexibility to work across various SEN settings, supporting pupils with a diverse range of educational needs while being paid to scale. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources effectively to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate proactively with teaching assistants and other support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Assess and monitor pupil development, providing constructive feedback and adapting future planning.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, behaviour, and academic achievements in line with school policies.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for SEN education.
