Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging Science lessons to diverse student groups.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster achievement.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students feel valued.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum, incorporating best practices.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, training sessions, and whole-school initiatives.
• Uphold the school's commitment to high educational standards and student welfare.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Hold a relevant degree in a Science-related discipline.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science education and inspiring young minds.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Show a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to school life.
