Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of our vibrant maths department.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on your professional journey.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and its effective communication to young learners.
* You are committed to nurturing the potential of every pupil, regardless of their starting point.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships within our school community.
* You embrace continuous professional growth and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
* You hold high expectations for pupil attainment and behaviour, fostering a culture of respect and achievement.
