About the Role

This long-term, permanent opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on young lives, with a competitive daily salary ranging from £95 to £120. Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-on-one and group support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs, always ensuring dignity and respect.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities tailored to individual pupil profiles and developmental goals.
* Implement bespoke therapy programmes and learning plans under the guidance of specialists.
* Contribute to creating an inclusive, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of pupil progress, well-being, and daily achievements.

About You
* Possess prior experience supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties in an educational setting.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience when facing diverse challenges.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
* Committed to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for all pupils.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support or care provision.
* Understand and rigorously uphold all safeguarding principles and procedures.
