Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that inspires and educates.
• Cultivate a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration, play, and independent learning.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using these insights to plan future learning experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support each child's holistic development.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare in every aspect of practice.
• Actively contribute to wider school life and the development of the early years phase.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching within an EYFS setting.
• A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS statutory framework and its practical implementation is essential.
• Your passion for early childhood education is evident in your enthusiastic and child-centred approach.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective practice underpins your teaching.
• You are adaptable, resilient, and proactive in addressing the diverse needs of young learners.
