Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across various subjects to secondary pupils.
* Maintain a positive and focused learning environment, ensuring pupils remain on task.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour in accordance with individual school policies.
* Foster a supportive atmosphere where all pupils feel encouraged to participate.
* Uphold the school’s values and safeguarding procedures at all times.
* Communicate effectively with school staff regarding pupil progress and any issues.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within secondary education.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management capabilities and adaptability to new environments.
* You are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high educational standards.
* You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport quickly.
* You are passionate about inspiring young people and supporting their academic growth.
* You hold an enhanced DBS check or are willing to undergo one.
