About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teachers to join a supportive school environment within the East of England, offering essential cover for primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs. This role provides an exciting opportunity for day-to-day and short-term supply work, allowing you to experience various specialist provisions and contribute to the inclusive learning journeys of young people. You will be instrumental in maintaining consistency and high-quality education across different SEN settings, adapting quickly to new environments and pupil needs while delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
* Provide personalised support to pupils, fostering their academic and personal development.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other support staff to meet individual pupil needs.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to their ongoing assessment.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Showcase excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be adaptable and resilient, thriving in varied school environments.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of every child.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
